Create Unforgettable Moments — No Matter What Stage You're At
We enable meaningful experiences for adults facing terminal illness or life-limiting conditions.
Our role is simple: to help people feel seen, celebrated, and alive — wherever they are in their journey.

Project: Life began with something personal.

In 2023, our close friend Tony was diagnosed with terminal mouth cancer. In those final months, my friend Darren and I cared for him full-time. There was no plan — just love, presence, and the belief that no one should face something like that alone.

Tony often talked about wanting to visit Ireland one last time. It meant everything to him — a place full of memory and meaning. We tried to figure out the best way to get him there. But by the time his cancer was diagnosed, his condition had declined so quickly that long travel wasn’t an option.

So, we did what we could nearby — simple things that still mattered. But even then, we were making it up as we went, with no support system, guidance, or structure around us. That stayed with us.

Because Tony’s story is heartbreakingly common.

One study found that 31% of people with terminal or life-limiting conditions had a wish to travel, and over 50% had specific experiences they still hoped to achieve. (BMC Palliative Care, 2022) These aren’t wild dreams — they’re often deeply personal things: returning to a meaningful place, seeing someone they’ve lost touch with, or feeling joy and dignity in the time they have left.

But even when the desire is strong, those hopes often go unfulfilled. The biggest reasons? Lack of support, unclear processes, declining health, and not knowing who to ask. Sometimes, it’s not even the big things that matter most — it’s the quiet, human moments that make someone feel like themselves again.

That’s why we created Project: Life.

We’re here to change what’s possible in these final chapters. We design and deliver personalised experiences for adults across the UK who are living with terminal or life-limiting diagnoses — experiences shaped entirely around what matters to them.

There are no set packages. No tick-box forms. Just meaningful, thoughtful moments — made with care, flexibility, and support.

Whether someone wants to reconnect with a loved one, go somewhere special, or just feel a sense of peace and joy — we’re here to help make it happen. We work closely with the individual, their loved ones, and their care team to make sure everything is safe, personal, and built around what feels right.

We’re not a charity. We’re a purpose-led business — one that believes in access, dignity, and human connection at any stage of life.

Because even when everything changes, there’s still time to feel truly alive.
